La stagione del West Ham non può essere certamente definita deludente, anzi. L'attuale quinto posto in classifica, qualifica da sé l'ottimo percorso fatto fin qui dagli Hammers, che per altro ha trovato soddisfazioni anche in Europa League. Qualora l'esperienza in FA Cup dovesse proseguire, il quadro si farebbe ancor più a tinte "colorate". Leeds permettendo, ovviamente, perché la squadra di Bielsa, che in campionato sta facendo grande fatica, vorrà certamente trovare nuove motivazioni da questa competizione. Una vittoria prestigiosa e il superamento del turno sarebbe una bella iniezione di fiducia in vista della ripresa della Premiership, là dove la situazione è decisamente preoccupante...
