Dopo la sconfitta nello scontro diretto con il Liverpool per 2-1, il Tottenham di José Mourinho ha visto i Reds fuggire a +3 in classifica e nel 14esimo turno di campionato riparte all'inseguimento della capolista sfidando in casa il Leicester city del nordirlandese Brendan Rodgers.
